Barbara Green began experiencing hearing loss in 1990. She was having trouble with drainage and pain in her ear, and eventually had surgery to fix the problem. Unfortunately, this surgery did more harm than good and damaged her hearing permanently, leaving her with a dire need for hearing aids.

In early March, Wanda Joyce Brock started the process of receiving free hearing aids from the Hearing Aid Project. Noticing the decline in her daily communications with colleagues and loved ones, she was eager to restore her hearing for those around her.

Beth is a passionate volunteer who helps people all over the world. Nearly 50 years ago, Beth was doing missionary work in places that were severely devastated by war, which eventually caused her to suffer from several health-related issues such as the loss of her hearing. This time, Beth was the one in need of help as she found herself searching for hearing aid assistance. That's when she discovered the Hearing Aid Project.
